Sep. 29th, 2004 11:35 amAiee. It's all busy at work. How disconcerting.
I've been having a bad time with computers lately. Any computer I use seems to suffer horribly. I don't even abuse them... it just happens. Some kind of subtle entropic force. Gremlins with a grudge.
My work PC was being randomly twitchy, but it seems fine now. It's probably just biding its time.
However, my good old trusty home PC has died a hideous death. Either it's been infected by a sudden and mighty virus or it has experienced an ultra-crash. There exists a slim possiblity of revival, but generally the time has come to replace it. I was planning to do that anyway so it's not a great shame, but I'm not sure I can afford it right now, what with Christmas and a trip to America coming up.
Damn.
Ah well... at least I still have home spod access (provided I don't inadvertantly murder the toaster with my mere presence).
